BIOGRAPHY: Dennis DeMara is the sole proprietor of: ELEVATE Home Design & Drafting Solutions L.L.C. As a consultant he provides outsourced AutoCAD drafting services to Owners, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Contractors, or any other entity requiring CAD Drawings. Dennis DeMara attended two Private Universities obtaining two degrees related to Architecture and Design. Dennis graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture. In addition to graduating from Andrews University with a degree of Bachelor of Architecture. During the past twenty-five years Dennis has practiced and gained extensive experience in all facets, which include Architecture, Design, and Structural Engineering through working for various Architectural and Engineering firms throughout his career. Dennis DeMara has gained a wide knowledge of not only Architecture, Design and Engineering, but also with many aspects with the construction business, working with various developers and contractors. Serving in the capacity of chief designer, construction manager, owner's representative, and designer, Dennis has gained formidable experience in all aspects of the architectural and Design business. From the many years involved with construction, negotiations, bid and award, planning and zoning analysis, and building code interpretation, and planning and zoning process in the Routt County area as well as others throughout the state of Colorado. Dennis has gained a wealth of experience enabling him to address projects of all scopes.
